Our ready-to-ship rings are a standard US size 6. This purchase includes a complimentary sizing to your perfect size. Resized rings are considered final sale and not eligible for return/refund/exchange.

If you require a different size beyond the range offered here, we invite you to explore a made-to-order ring to ensure structural integrity of the piece.

We recommend confirming your ring size at a local jeweler first to avoid the need for additional resizes, as rings should only be resized 2-3x in its lifetime. If you are unsure of the wearer's size, we highly suggest ordering the unmodified size first, and then have it resized locally (resizing does not void your warranty) or ship it back to us for the resize (Buyer must pay for insured return shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.)

Rings will be sized and shipped within 2 weeks. If ordering the unmodified size, orders will be processed in 1-3 business days (does not include actual shipping time).

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly accept returns on our ready-to-ship rings. 

Returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Items must be postmarked within 4 days of receipt.

Rings which have been resized are non-refundable.

Items must be in their original unworn, unscratched, pristine condition with no exchanged or missing stones and must include the original Bijou Lab packaging, certification, and boxes or no refund will be possible. Customers requesting refunds will be refunded the full amount less a 10% restocking fee and a return shipping label, if requested.

Buyer must pay insured return shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, if the ring is not received, a refund will not be possible.

We offer one free yearly cleaning, prong tightening, and polish for any Bijou Lab engagement ring or wedding ring purchased through us. Eligible to the original purchaser only. Shipping to and from is the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for any packages lost, damaged or stolen so we strongly encourage you to ship with an insured, tracked and signature required mailing service. Please reach out to us before shipping your ring back and we will provide you with instructions.
