Description
Before requesting a resize, we recommend having your finger professionally measured using the same ring sizer as the jeweler who will be performing your resize. Ring sizers can vary slightly between jewelers, so it's important to be sized using the same standard to ensure the most accurate fit.
If you're resizing through Bijou Lab, we recommend using this ring sizer.
Keep in mind that finger size naturally fluctuates with temperature and throughout the day, so we recommend confirming your size before making a permanent adjustment to your ring.
INSURED SHIPPING
Bijou Lab offers one complimentary resizing within six months of delivery for eligible rings. The resizing service itself is complimentary; insured shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. This service covers fully insured shipping with Signature Confirmation, both to our studio and returned back to you. Please select the accurate value of your ring so we can ensure that you ring is properly insured for its full value. You may also elect to arrange your own shipping; please note that any lost or damaged rings will not be covered if you ship yourself.

Not all rings can be resized (e.g., full eternity bands, sizing over 2 sizes); we’ll contact you if we encounter any issues
While resizing is a routine jewelry service, it involves working with the metal of your ring and can sometimes affect delicate details, particularly pavé diamonds, hidden birthstones, and other small accent stones.
Occasionally, these stones may loosen or become dislodged during the resizing process. If this happens as a result of our work, we'll take care of securing or replacing the affected stones as needed. However, because of the delicate nature of these settings, the appearance, positioning, or setting style of a restored stone may not be exactly identical to the original.
We'll always do our best to preserve the original design and craftsmanship of your ring.
Resizing typically takes approximately 3-4 weeks after your ring arrives at our studio, although additional time may be needed if any setting or stone work is required.
