This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing rings from our website, including made-to-order rings, complete custom projects, semi-custom projects, and "Ready to Ship" rings. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Made-to-Order Rings
   All rings on our website are made to order based on your chosen specifications, including ring size, metal type, stone type, and stone size. As each ring is custom made specifically for you, all sales of these items are final. No returns, refunds, or cancellations are permitted.
2. Complete and Semi-Custom Projects
   We also offer complete custom and semi-custom projects. Complete custom projects are fully personalized, while semi-custom projects allow for specific modifications to existing designs. Both types of projects are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once the order is confirmed.
3. Ready to Ship Rings
   These items are sized to order and final sale.
4. Deposits and Final Payments
   A minimum 50% deposit is required to place an order and begin the creation of your ring. The deposit is non-refundable. If the client chooses to pay a deposit, the final balance is due within 14 days of the ring’s completion. The ring will not be shipped until the final balance has been paid in full.
5. Non-Returnable Items
   All rings listed on our website, excluding those specifically in the "Ready to Ship" section, are custom made to order and therefore not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the item is non-returnable.
6. Modifications and Resizing
   If you request any resizing or modification to a "Ready to Ship" ring, these changes will render the item a custom order, and the ring will no longer be eligible for return, refund, or cancellation.
