We will discuss details of your project to determine if the Semi-Custom or Complete Custom process is most appropriate for you, work together to create a vision for your project and ensure it meets both durability and design goals.

Send us any details, requirements and inspiration photos you have. We will provide you with price quotes based on the details we discussed.

Payment.
You may choose to either pay in full or put down a non-refundable deposit of 50% in order to begin your project and create your ring from start to finish.

The remaining balance is due when the ring is completed and before it is shipped to you.

Please let us know how you would let to pay and we will provide you with the appropriate PayPal invoice to pay online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card, via a PayPal linked bank account or bank transfer.

Design

(For Complete Custom Projects ONLY, 1-4 weeks).

Once you make a payment to move forward with your project then we will create your design and translate it into a digital rendering for your approval. We will work together to create an heirloom quality piece. If you would like an inner band engraving, please send it to us by the time you approve your final mockup. Engravings given later may delay the process.

*Each additional revision after 3 drafts will incur an additional design fee, depending on scope of work. After the mock-up is sent, if we receive no response or prior communication from the client, Bijou Lab reserves the right to cancel the project and retain the deposit at their discretion depending on the work and stone sourcing that has already occurred.

*Kindly note that custom jewelry pieces are designed from scratch and cannot be cancelled/returned/refunded.

All designs remain the intellectual property of Bijou Lab LLC.

The Crafting Process.

(Approximately 5-8 weeks)

A thousand year old craft, meets modern sustainable practices and design.

We will either curate your stone or our gemcutters will custom cut your stone.

Your piece is created through the process of lost-wax casting, then our skilled jewelers work with the cast metal to create your finished ring and set your stone(s). See our production process here.

Each ring is created with intention and unrivaled craftsmanship and takes approximately 5-8 weeks.

Please note our bespoke rings creation times are estimates! Most rings will be completed during this timeframe but we are a small team of skilled jewelers, not a large scale production line. We never compromise quality in order to rush production and our order volume and the complexities of our current orders directly affect our lead times.

We want your ring to be a treasured piece that lasts a lifetime so it is important to us (and you) that we never compromise quality to rush.

Final QC, Shipping!
Your ring goes through a final quality check and clean to ensure it is perfect and ready to wear.

We never hesitate to remake a ring if it does not pass our stringent QC so please allow time for a remake if necessary.

Upon your ring's completion you will receive communication from our team to confirm shipping details and videos of your finished ring. It will be packaged in giftable packaging and shipped right to your door, insured and tracked with signature confirmation.
