Our consultations are intentionally conducted via email to support the level of precision and care required for a bespoke, long-term project. Engagement ring projects span several months, with many thoughtful decisions and changes made along the way. Having all details documented in writing allows us to maintain clarity, continuity, and accuracy throughout the entire process. Consultation helps us determine whether we’re the right fit to create your ring and ensures alignment on both design vision and long-term durability.

During the consultation, you’re welcome to share design references, stone preferences, lifestyle considerations, and any specific requirements so we can fully understand your vision.

Based on the details discussed, we’ll discuss available options and provide transparent price quotes for your review. Please note that our semi-custom pieces do not include a digital design mockup; however, we’ll go over every detail of your requested modifications carefully to ensure the design is exactly as envisioned before we begin.

This process allows us to deliver a highly personalized, thoughtfully engineered ring while maintaining the integrity and craftsmanship our designs are known for.

Deposit.
You may put down a non-refundable deposit of 50% in order to place the order and create your ring from start to finish.

The remaining balance is due when the ring is completed, before it is shipped to you.

Once you decide to move forward, we will send you an invoice; we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card.

The Crafting Process.

(Approximately 5-8 weeks)

A thousand year old craft, meets modern sustainable practices and design.

We will either curate your stone or our gemcutters will custom cut your stone.

Your piece is created through the process of lost-wax casting, then our skilled jewelers work with the cast metal to create your finished ring and set your stone(s).

Each ring is created with intention and unrivaled craftsmanship and takes approximately 5-8 weeks.

Please note our bespoke rings creation times are estimates! Most rings will be completed during this timeframe but we are a small team of skilled jewelers, not a large scale production line. We never compromise quality in order to rush production and our order volume and the complexities of our current orders directly affect our lead times.

We want your ring to be a treasured piece that lasts a lifetime so it is important to us (and you) that we never compromise quality to rush.

Final QC, Shipping!
Your ring goes through a final quality check and clean to ensure it is perfect and ready to wear.

We never hesitate to remake a ring if it does not pass our stringent QC so please allow time for a remake if necessary.

Upon your ring's completion you will receive communication from our team to confirm shipping details and videos of your finished ring. You may settle the invoice balance before we ship the ring to you. It will be packaged in giftable packaging and shipped right to your door, insured and tracked with signature confirmation.
