Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all changes to the optical properties of your gemstone. This includes the stone’s clarity, color, and brilliance. On top of knowing that your Bijou Lab Moissanite is ethical and eco-friendly, you can be sure that you will enjoy it for your whole lifetime. 

·  The Limited Lifetime Warranty is applicable to all Bijou Lab moissanite gemstones.

Please note that, as a standard industry practice, jewelry stores typically do not offer warranties on lab-grown diamond center stones. This is due to the nature of lab-grown diamonds, which are generally regarded as having consistent quality and characteristics that do not necessitate warranty coverage.

·   The Limited Lifetime Warranty is automatically applied to each Bijou Lab purchase and is only available to the original purchaser, for their lifetime

·   The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover theft or loss of the stone

·   The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse or misuse of your Bijou Lab moissanite

·   The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover scratches, cracks or dents in your moissanite gemstone due to wear and tear damages

· At Bijou Lab, we craft all of our jewelry pieces to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. We offer a complimentary Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our fine jewelry. This Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty applies to structural damages that can be traced back to the manufacturing of your piece, resulting in manufacturing defects. The warranty does NOT include coverage for general wear and tear, negligence, accidents, loss and theft.

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty guarantees that our jewelry will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery (prior to being worn). If a warranty issue is found, Bijou Lab will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge (at our discretion). In the event that there seems to be a defect with any jewelry piece, please contact us directly so we may evaluate your piece.

Clients are responsible for shipping costs to and from our repair workshop. You may purchase a prepaid insured label through us for $85 for jewelry valued under $5K, and $125 for jewelry valued over $5K by emailing our support team, or you can purchase your own label. Please contact us before you send your jewelry back on your own, so we can be sure it arrives safely. We highly recommend that you insure your package—we are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail that we did not create a label for.

· Since gold and platinum fine jewelry is susceptible to damage due to normal wear and tear (as they are malleable materials), our policy does not cover any repairs resulting from these damages. If the piece is damaged, you can ship the ring to us for inspection. Once the inspection is complete and the determination has been made as to what caused the damage (manufacturing or other / wear and tear), our team will be in touch to discuss the repair options.

We typically cannot repair or resize jewelry if shipped outside of the US. If you are outside of the US you are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office about any fees that may be associated with shipping us back your piece for repair, as well as its return to you.

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty is applicable to all Bijou Lab gold and/or platinum jewelry settings.

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty covers structural (setting) damage resulting from manufacturing defects.

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty guarantees that our jewelry will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery (prior to being worn).

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty is automatically applied to each Bijou Lab jewelry purchase and is only available to the original purchaser

· Clients must keep their original receipt of purchase in the event of a claim 

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty does not cover theft or loss of the jewelry piece

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear & tear, abuse or misuse of your Bijou Lab jewelry piece

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty does not cover bending/warping or prong movement due to wear and tear damages in your Bijou Lab gold/platinum jewelry

· Any alterations or treatments to the Bijou Lab gold/platinum jewelry will void the the Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

There may be variances in product dimensions due to casting, and the hand-finished nature of Bijou Lab jewelry. Dimensional tolerances in production are as follows:

Settings: +/- 0.2mm

Diamonds: +/- 0.25 carats

We will always contact the client if our curation selection includes a diamond smaller than the indicated carat size purchased. If it is smaller, it is likely of a higher color and/or clarity grade and we will always provide the option for a stone that is at or larger than the carat weight ordered.

As our warranties do NOT cover wear and tear damage to the ring’s setting, we very strongly recommend clients obtain insurance if they would like to have these damages covered. This can be done by purchasing jewelry insurance from your home insurance company or through a jewelry insurance company such as Jeweler’s Mutual. Having an insurance policy can protect your ring against loss, theft, or any other damages that occur due to normal wear.

· Any flaws and/or damages outside of the Limited Lifetime Warranty and Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty will be assessed by the Bijou Lab Team. Based on the evaluation, clients will be provided repair options (on a case by case basis) and a quote for the work. The client is responsible for all shipping fees incurred when sending the ring to and from Bijou Lab for repair.
