We handcraft each piece with peace of mind that your moissanite will maintain its optical properties as long as you own it. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all changes to the optical properties of your gemstone. This includes the stone’s clarity, color, and brilliance. On top of knowing that your Bijou Lab Moissanite is ethical and eco-friendly, you can be sure that you will enjoy it for your whole lifetime. 

Below are the terms and conditions involved in Bijiou Lab’s Moissanite Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty:

·  The Limited Lifetime Warranty is applicable to all Bijou Lab moissanite gemstones

·   The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all changes to optical properties (clarity, color, and brilliance) of the moissanite gemstone

·   The Limited Lifetime Warranty is automatically applied to each Bijou Lab purchase and is only available to the original purchaser, for their lifetime

·   Clients must keep their original receipt of purchase in the event of a claim 

·   The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover theft or loss of the stone

·   The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse or misuse of your Bijou Lab moissanite

·   The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover scratches, cracks or dents in your moissanite gemstone due to wear and tear damages

·   Warranty does NOT cover lab diamonds, or other lab gemstones besides moissanite.

· At Bijou Lab, we craft all of our jewelry pieces to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. We offer a complimentary Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our fine jewelry. This Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty applies to structural damages that can be traced back to the manufacturing of your piece, resulting in manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, negligence, accidents, loss and theft.

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty guarantees that our jewelry will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery (prior to being worn). If a warranty issue is found, Bijou Lab will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge (at our discretion). In the rare event that there seems to be a defect with any jewelry piece, please contact us directly so we may evaluate your piece.

· A $150 USD deposit will be taken before the shipment of your item to Bijou Lab for evaluation, which covers the cost of shipping and an evaluation by our expert goldsmiths to determine if the damage is warrantied. Once the deposit is received, our team will provide a return label for the ring to be shipped back to Bijou Lab. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the ring is received at Bijou Lab. This fee is refunded in full for all warrantied repairs. We also offer complimentary shipping back to the customer for all warrantied repairs. Repairs that are not covered under the Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty will have a price quoted to the customer for approval before work is performed. If approved, the deposit will be applied to this repair. If the customer chooses not to perform the repair, the deposit will be applied to cover the shipping charge back to the customer after evaluation.

· Since gold and platinum jewelry is susceptible to damage due to normal wear and tear (as they are malleable materials), our policy does not cover any repairs resulting from these damages. If the piece is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, you can ship the ring to us for inspection. Once the inspection is complete and the determination has been made as to what caused the damage (manufacturing or other / wear and tear), our team will be in touch to discuss the repair options.

· We recommend that you perform regular professional cleaning and maintenance repairs to preserve the quality of your moissanite & gold ring. 

· Below are the terms and conditions involved in Bijou Lab’s Manufacturer Warranty:

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty is applicable to all Bijou Lab gold and/or platinum jewelry settings.

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty covers structural (setting) damage resulting from manufacturing defects.

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty guarantees that our jewelry will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery (prior to being worn).

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty is automatically applied to each Bijou Lab jewelry purchase and is only available to the original purchaser

· Clients must keep their original receipt of purchase in the event of a claim 

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty does not cover theft or loss of the jewelry piece

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear & tear, abuse or misuse of your Bijou Lab jewelry piece

· The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty does not cover bending/warping or prong movement due to wear and tear damages in your Bijou Lab gold/platinum jewelry

· Any alterations or treatments to the Bijou Lab gold/platinum jewelry will void the the Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

There may be variances in product dimensions due to casting, and the hand-finished nature of Bijou Lab jewelry. Dimensional tolerances in production are as follows:

Settings: +/- 0.2mm

Diamonds: +/- 0.25 carats

We will always contact the client if our curation selection includes a diamond smaller than the indicated carat size purchased. If it is smaller, it is likely of a higher color and/or clarity grade and we will always provide the option for a stone that is at or larger than the carat weight paid for.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty (moissanite) and Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty (jewelry) apply to the gemstone’s optical properties and protect against any manufacturing defects on your jewelry piece. As our warranties do not cover wear and tear damage to the ring’s setting, we very strongly recommend clients obtain insurance if they would like to have these damages covered. This can be done by purchasing jewelry insurance from your home insurance company or through a jewelry insurance company such as Jeweler’s Mutual. Having an insurance policy can protect your ring against loss, theft, or any other damages that occur due to normal wear.

· Any flaws and/or damages outside of the Limited Lifetime Warranty and Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty will be assessed by the Bijou Lab Team. Based on the evaluation, clients will be provided repair options (on a case by case basis) and a quote for the work. The client is responsible for all shipping fees incurred when sending the ring to and from Bijou Lab for repair.
