Service Details:
While resizing is a routine jewelry service, it involves working with the metal of your ring and can sometimes affect delicate details, particularly pavé diamonds, hidden birthstones, and other small accent stones.
Occasionally, these stones may loosen or become dislodged during the resizing process. If this happens as a result of our work, we'll take care of securing or replacing the affected stones as needed. However, because of the delicate nature of these settings, the appearance, positioning, or setting style of a restored stone may not be exactly identical to the original.
We'll always do our best to preserve the original design and craftsmanship of your ring.
Resizing typically takes approximately three weeks after your ring arrives at our repair studio, although additional time may be needed if any setting or stone work is required.
