If you are unsure of the wearer's size, we highly suggest ordering the unmodified size first, and then have it resized locally (resizing does not void your warranty) or ship it back to us for the resize (Customers are responsible for return shipping.)

Rings will be sized and shipped within 2 weeks. If ordering the unmodified size, orders will be processed in 1-3 business days (does not include 2 day shipping time).

We accept returns on our One of a Kind rings. Rings must be unmodified and postmarked within 4 days of delivery. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Your ring will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air with insurance and signature confirmation. We take great care in packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.
