We offer one free yearly cleaning, prong tightening, and polish for any Bijou Lab engagement ring or wedding ring purchased through us. Eligible to the original purchaser only. Shipping to and from is the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for any packages lost, damaged or stolen so we strongly encourage you to ship with an insured, tracked and signature required mailing service.
